It was an extremely busy event but a lovely lady called Mags helped me in trying on what can only be described as the dress of my dreams! I went in to The Bridal Gallery today just to ‘look’ on a recommendation. I came away having bought ‘the dress’ and I couldn’t be happier! The staff were wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable, letting me try on so many dresses and offering good advice, which there was an abundance of. I would highly recommend fellow brides to be shopping here. My dress was very reasonably priced at full price, but lucky for me it was on sale, so I made a massive saving! Brides, I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else!

Met these ladies at the NEC wedding show on friday.   I had a horrible experience with another wedding company earlier on in the day and felt disheartened and too big to fit into anything, so was just looking at all their beautiful dresses. they talked me into trying a few on and they all made me feel a million dollars in a dress that was beautiful and suited me and actually fitted! AMAZING TEAM, FROM START TO FINISH

I first went to The Bridal Gallery’s “sister” outlet store to try on a few dresses and see what sort of style I was looking for, before heading off to the bookings I had later that day in some wedding boutiques.

Hayley was amazing, helping me get in and out of gowns, pulling me in here, there and everywhere – and by going from the feedback I was giving of the dresses, said they had 2 dresses similar to what I was describing at the Coventry store.
Being from Coventry, I was being a bit of a snob and “couldn’t possibly have a dress from there”! How very wrong I was.

I was greeted by Annette and tried on these two dresses. I loved them, but only the top of one dress and the bottom of another…..there were tears of joy, like you see on TV shows and films, when girls find “THE DRESS”.
But I still had these appointments. The dresses didn’t compare and off I went back to The Bridal Gallery.
I told them my vision, of having the top of one dress and the bottom of the other being made into one dress, well as the back being lowered. NOT A PROBLEM – WOW! It was all becoming real. More tears.

Sarah and the girls were fantastic throughout my fittings and with my bridesmaids having alterations. Even when I was asking for the dress to be tighter and having to complete ‘the chair test’, they were always very accommodating, helpful and hilariously funny, taking any stresses away.

THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart for giving me my amazing dress that you created. It truly is beautiful.

Had my bridesmaid dresses from here. I had 5 bridemaids one of which lived away so couldn’t come to any fittings. All my dresses were different pastel colours. The staff at the shop were helpful from the start to the end. They arranged appointments for fittings ect around mine and the girls work schedules and in a little amount of time as It took me so long to finally choose the dresses. I would highly recommend.

After thinking I’d found the perfect dress elsewhere, I visited the Bridal Gallery just to make sure! Low and behold I found an even more beautiful dress and ended up leaving the shop and returning 10 minutes later to put down the deposit! This shop has such a fantastic selection of dresses, you are bound to find something you’re looking for. I made the appointment via email to Sarah who was really friendly and chatty, immediately taking away my thoughts of pushy women in bridal shops!!   Liz was really friendly and spent lots of time at my appointment looking for styles which I liked and said it didn’t matter how many I tried on which was great. Once I’d found THE ONE she was great at helping me make up my mind between that and the other one I’d seen.

I would highly recommend The Bridal Gallery. We visited the shop on spec, with a view to make an appointment and return on a different day to try dresses. I saw a few dresses I liked and Liz had some time between appointments so let me try the dresses on….only to find the one! Liz was so helpful, honest and really friendly. I am writing to say a big ‘thank you’ to everyone who works at The Bridal Gallery for making the purchase of my wedding gown such a pleasurable experience.
Having had several disastrous encounters at other bridal shops, I was delighted when I came into your shop and was met by friendly, helpful and un-pushy staff who really made me feel as if I was the only bride in the world. I really appreciated your advice on which style to choose, and the nice, tactful way you told me that something didn’t suit me!
Nothing was too much trouble and all my requests were granted. It was lovely to be able to co-ordinate bridesmaids, accessories and even cravats for my husband and the men in the wedding party.
I have several friends planning on getting married in the next year or so and have told them to come straight to The Bridal Gallery before they go anywhere else.

Our first contact with The Bridal Gallery was at the Wedding Show at the NEC in the Spring of 2004. At the time, Emily, my newly engaged daughter, one of her sisters and I were complete novices as regards organising weddings and we felt rather overwhelmed by it all. This was the first time Emily had looked at gowns. And the first stand that we looked at – The Bridal Gallery – had a large variety of styles to choose from and Emily was encouraged to take her time and look through them all. Emily immediately liked the look of one particular gown – Elspeth by Romantica of Devon. She was encouraged to try it on which she did with the help of one of the members of staff. She emerged from the changing room with a beam on her face. Other staff helped fix a veil and tiara. There was much friendly banter going on which really helped Emily feel at ease and enjoy the experience.
She wanted to purchase the gown there and then. I suggested she should look at the other bridal gown stands first which she did. But on many of these stands she found the staff tended to be a bit aloof and did not always listen to her ideas about the style of gown she wanted and often were quite pushy – she felt almost forced to try on gowns that she knew she didn’t like. So we returned to the friendly faces at The Bridal Gallery.
Over the next year we made various trips over to Coventry and also purchased the Bridesmaid’s dresses (by Hilary Morgan) from the Gallery. Assorted fittings were arranged as necessary and alterations made. A really special rapport was built up over the visits and Emily was always made to feel really special. We really appreciate The Bridal Gallery’s contribution to making the purchase of the dresses so enjoyable and exciting and stress free! She looked radiant on her Wedding Day and wore the gown with style.

With all the things to think about when getting married I was pleased that I didn’t have to worry about my gown or the bridesmaids dresses. The Bridal Gallery went out of their way to make the preparations as stress-free as possible. The service throughout was excellent, and I would recommended you to anyone.

Dear Sarah,
We’ve never met, but I felt compelled to write and say thank you for all you did to make my bride Teresa, truly a wonder to behold on our wedding day last month. Of course, Teresa, is naturally stunning anyway, so I had no idea what to expect, but I swear there was an audible gasp from the congregation as she arrived at the west end of the Church. How on earth I kept it together to sing the hymn at the start of the service I shall never know. I would imagine that for most brides, the dress would be one of the major concerns.
